  • Minimum booking time may apply depending on service type.
  • Special requests must be made in advance and may incur extra fees.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are clearly listed during booking and include VAT (where applicable). Payment is due upon booking or at the completion of service, depending on the agreement.

If you notice damage or have a complaint, report it within 24 hours of service for investigation.
